Returns Policy

 

  • Warranty period is stated in each item description. (Warranty invoice will be provided with the item/s)

    RETURNS POLICY

     

  • EARLY LIFE FAILURES - All items that are faulty WITHIN THE FIRST 60 DAYS after you receive them are able to be exchanged. We will send you a Reply Paid Post for the return post. 

  • WARRANTY REPAIR  - AFTER THE FIRST 60 DAYS after you receive the item the item will have to be either sent to us or an authorised service centre for repair or exchange (depending on the manufacturer's warranty policy). The customer must pay the cost of returning the item to us or a service centre for repair. We or the service centre will pay for sending the item back to you.

We guarantee that we will help you get your item repaired if something does go faulty.

 

  • CHANGE OF MIND/INCORRECT CHOICE  - WITHIN THE FIRST 7-DAYS after you receive the item we can take the item back (in the same condition it was sent to you) and refund the price of the item (not including postage) MINUS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Alternatively, you can have a FULL STORE CREDIT against another item of your choice. The customer must pay the cost of returning the item to us.
